fix: correct badge width alignment and panel width arithmetic in MainScreen ... 55d71add56

[GERING] was 8 visible chars while all other severity badges are 7;
changed to [GERN.] for consistent column alignment in patient list.

rightWidth calculation subtracted 6 before each panel builder also
subtracted 4, losing 14 chars total instead of the 8 actual border
overhead; removed the redundant -6 so total content = width - 8.
